Editorial staff worked diligently to completely update the files for the Federal Executive and
Legislative branches, as well as State Governments Executive and Judicial Branches in one day.

branches, it took one week. For State Governments' Legislatures, a challenging goal was
established to have the 1,333 new legislators updated by January 1, 2009 - updates were available
